Crochet 101 - Dishcloth
Level: Absolute beginner Skills: Chaining, Single Crochet, Working Flat Yarn Included: Yes (Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton) Hook Included: Yes This class will teach you the basics of crochet. You'll master chaining, single crochet, basic pattern reading, and have support for life.

Knit: Socks 101
Level: Advanced beginner Skills: Methods of knitting in the round (double points, shorties, magic loop, two circulars), ribbing, decreases, working flat, picking up stitches, and Kitchener stitch Timeframe: 2 sessions Yarn Included: No — yarn must be purchased from the store (10% off your yarn purchase; must be sock/fingering weight) Needles Included: No (2.25mm / US 1 required) Want to learn how to knit the best seamless socks? They'll be worked top-down — cuff, ankle, heel flap and gusset (with discussion of other heel types), foot, toe box, and finally Kitchener stitch to close the toe. We meet the first time, then again one week later to finalize. Drop in anytime for help during the project.
