We're a small shop, and every skein matters — both to you and to us. To keep prices fair and inventory honest, all sales are final, both online and in store.

That said, we want you to love what you ordered. Before you check out, message us with any questions about weight, fiber content, color matching, dye lots, or how much yarn your project needs. We'll happily walk through it with you — that's our favorite part of the job.

If something arrives damaged, or we made a mistake on your order, please reach out within 7 days at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

For local pickup orders, once items leave the shop they're yours — please look everything over before you head home.
