Moose

A soft fawn brown with caramel running through it — the colour of a well-worn field coat. Quiet, tonal and endlessly wearable, it is the skein to reach for when you want the stitch pattern to do the talking. Cables and textured yokes look especially good in it.

Hand dyed in small batches by Cornbread and Honey. Fingering weight, 75% superwash merino and 25% nylon, 462 yards per 100g skein — the nylon makes it hard-wearing enough for socks, and the superwash means it can go through the machine.
